Perishable Products

  • No Returns
    Due to the nature of our perishable items, we cannot accept returns. This helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety for all our customers.
  • Order Cancellations
    You may cancel your order up to 36 hours before your scheduled delivery. To cancel, please contact us within this window. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations after this period.
  • Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
    If you receive a product that is spoiled, damaged or not up to standard, please contact us immediately. We may request a photo of the item and ask that you do not consume it. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the best resolution.
  • Refunds for Faulty Items
    If a product is found to be faulty or not as described, we will issue a full refund for that item, including any relevant delivery charges.

 


 

Non-Perishable Products

For non-perishable goods, our returns policy aligns with standard consumer rights. You may return these items if they are faulty or not as described, in accordance with applicable laws.
